Premium Support Plan (PSP)

CowboyApps includes our premium Cockpit panel for free and host it for life with the purchase of one of our apps with absolutely no subscription or recurring charges, but we do offer a PSP, or Premium Support Plan. This plan is also a one-time charge with no recurring charges but its benefits are lifetime.

The PSP offers two specific items that make our service even better than it already is by including lifetime support for the panel but, more importantly, it also includes lifetime Panel and module updates direct from the Cockpit development team. The panel and modules get frequent updates but it’s not as simple as pressing an “update button”…it requires some time and a little work. Updates are performed on each panel with a PSP by uploading/modifying files via FTP or SSH which obviously takes time to do which is why I created the PSP. You are absolutely not required or feel obligated to purchase it. Your app and panel will continue to function regardless of how many updates for the panel and modules are available, but just be aware that sometimes app features are added or modified which could make your experience and app better. You do not need to purchase this now either, the PSP can be purchased separately at any time.
